Edinburgh Fringe Festival
DRA 400 - Edinburgh Fringe Festival (3 credits)
This course brings a production to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. You would rehearse the production during the spring semester and perform at the Festival in late July/early August. The spirng semester class functions as a self-contained company, with actors, stage managers and technical and design students. You will then reconvene in Edinburgh three or four days prior to the start of the Festival for rehearsals. This time will also be used for students to explore Edinburgh and attend performances at the Edinburgh International Festival, allowing for an invaluable experience on many levels.
